01

Find the signal

I connect research, product data, and stakeholder context to define the problem worth solving.

02

Make complexity visible

Journeys, flows, and prototypes turn fuzzy systems into shared decisions the team can act on.

03

Design for reality

I work through edge cases, accessibility, AI behavior, and implementation details—not just the happy path.

Human advocate. Systems thinker. Always a teammate.

My work spans telecom, fintech, manufacturing, public-sector, and AI products. I've partnered with product managers, engineers, ML teams, and frontline users to make complex tools feel more understandable—and more human.

I hold an M.S. in Human–Computer Interaction from Indiana University and an Agile Project Management certification from Purdue University. Away from the screen, I'm usually running, hiking, exploring music, or playing with my kids.
